What this page covers
This covers the CabGrid marketing website. It does not cover the dispatcher application, the rider and driver apps, or the booking page — those process data on behalf of the taxi company you are dealing with, under that company's own terms.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form, and only when you submit one:
- Demo and contact requests — your name, email address, phone number if you give one, company name, country, fleet size, and anything you write in the message field.
- Trial signups — the same, plus the city you operate in.
We use it to reply to you and to set up a trial or demo. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. It stores a single item in your browser — your light/dark theme choice — which stays on your device, is only written after you click the theme switch, and is never sent to us.
Third parties
- Cal.com — the "Get a demo" button opens a booking widget, loaded from Cal.com's EU service only after you click it. If you book, they process the details you enter.
- Email delivery — messages you send us are delivered through our email provider so we can receive and answer them.
- Hosting — this site and our services run on servers in the EU.
Fonts are served from this site, so no third party sees your visit.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period after, so we can pick up the conversation again. Ask us and we will delete yours.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will respond. You may also complain to your national data-protection authority.
